TCS’ Youth Employment Program is a skills development program for youth from marginalized families that imparts technical knowledge and business communication skills.

The Youth Employment Program run by the TCS Foundation had a successful inception in Pilani in 2022-23 with the active support of PARC. Around 250 students were enrolled, of which 207 completed the 90 hours training program, 137 passed the written exam and 82 were placed by TCS. 

In 2023 PARC has been requested by the TCS Foundation to ramp up the numbers to reach 1000 students from colleges around Pilani.  The Smt. Indramani Mandelia College in Pilani was the first college where YEP was implemented and is currently running successfully.
